Dus als ik het goed begrijp:
Je hebt de stuurdraad naar de startmotor losgemaakt.
Met het contact nu ingeschakeld doet de startmotor niks.
Maar nu zet je de auto op contact, NIET STARTSTAND, en je meet 11,99 Volt op de stuurdraad naar het relais dan is dus niet het relais maar het contactslot defect!
Ga maar na. Als je een 5W/12V lamp op de stuurdraad zou aansluiten dan gaat hij branden!
